Founded by husband-and-wife team Timofei and Veronica Dragan, Mono Pizza brings authentic Neapolitan pizza to the local community. Timofei honed his skills in London after living in Italy and training under renowned chefs, including a family with a Michelin Star restaurant heritage. \u201cI started the business because of a passion for cooking and the taste of authentic Italian pizza,\u201d he says. \u201cWe moved from London to Basingstoke and were inspired to bring traditional flavours to our local community. Our pizza is Neapolitan, and we use all the ingredients from Napoli to ensure you get the taste of Italy with every bite.\u201d<\/p>\n
