Mono Pizza Basingstoke began as a popular local pizza van, serving freshly made, pizzas across Basingstoke and the surrounding areas. Known for authentic Italian flavours, hand-stretched dough, and carefully selected quality ingredients, the van quickly built a loyal following for its street food offerings and community events.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Timofei and Veronica Dragan, Mono Pizza brings authentic Neapolitan pizza to the local community. Timofei honed his skills in London after living in Italy and training under renowned chefs, including a family with a Michelin Star restaurant heritage. “I started the business because of a passion for cooking and the taste of authentic Italian pizza,” he says. “We moved from London to Basingstoke and were inspired to bring traditional flavours to our local community. Our pizza is Neapolitan, and we use all the ingredients from Napoli to ensure you get the taste of Italy with every bite.”

What sets Mono Pizza apart is not just the delicious, handcrafted pizzas, but also the commitment to using traditional recipes and high-quality ingredients. Menu highlights include Salamino, made with spicy Italian salami, mozzarella, tomato sauce and fresh basil, and Ciccio Napoli, featuring artichokes, black olives, pancetta, and mozzarella.
